For residential and one time cleaning services all appointments must be confirmed at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time the day of service. We will call you to confirm your appointment the day of service. If we are unable to reach you your appointment will be canceled and/or rescheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all canceled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return once to re-clean the area(s) you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.

If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours' in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home or office and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
